An unforeseen scheduling conflict has caused us to change the dates for our upcoming Step-Up workshop. The facility where our workshops are held will not be available on the previously posted dates, so we’ve adjusted our schedules to ensure everyone can be accommodated at our Meadows Road venue. New dates for the workshop are Oct. 17, 31, and Nov. 21, with a coaching day on Oct. 19.

Our Step-Up workshop focuses on developing a real connection between front-line supervisors and the business case. It helps participants learn to achieve accountability through consultative leadership, creates an understanding of team dynamics and integrates the skills learned into daily work. To increase the effectiveness of the workshop, each participant is assigned an internal coach who will be prepared for the coaching role in a special session on Oct. 19.
