Advanced Leadership
Our Advanced Leadership program targets your most critical organizational leaders, providing a powerful set of sophisticated tools to support upper-level managers in motivating teams and individuals to meet performance goals and operating results.
Advanced Leadership consists of five training days, two hours of personal coaching, and the opportunity to apply new skills to a current organizational challenge. During the first three days, participants reflect on their personal leadership situations, learn how to enhance their collaborative skills, establish trust, and maximize their impact on teams, cross-functional groups, as well as the entire enterprise. A 90-day application interval allows individuals to work with their peers, receive feedback from their leadership teams, and address a specific, real-world issue for which they are responsible.
Advanced Leadership is available as either an In-house or Cooperative offering. The In-house program is conducted on-site and is configured to meet specific organizational objectives.
