Tracy Eames, founder of TEAMES & CO, has spent over two decades leading commercial teams, optimizing product innovation lifecycles, building customer centric technology ecosystems, and designing organizational change processes, both domestically and internationally. Her work emphasizes the idea that empowered and effective teams deliver memorable customer experiences and accelerate business results. Tracy holds a Masters in Public Health (MPH) from Oregon Health and Science University and a Masters in Business Administration from ESADE Business School.
