Scheduled Programs
Public, open enrollment workshops are offered to supervisors and managers as live, virtual, instructor-lead programs. These scheduled programs make high-quality learning experiences available to individuals who can’t access an in-house workshop. Since small businesses make up more than 97% of the business community, our scheduled programs provide readily-accessible leadership development options in any location.
Executive Forum is proud to support the HR community as an HRCI-approved and SHRM-certified provider.* The on-site programs listed below have been approved for the recertification credit shown.

Leadership Lab™ – Managers from supervisory to middle levels can strengthen interpersonal skills, increase accountability, enhance team performance, and improve retention with our Leadership Lab. Advanced Leadership Cooperative – Gives senior team members, VPs, Directors or high-performing mid-level managers preparing to move into leadership roles the skills needed to successfully manage relationships and drive organizational effectiveness. It provides individual participants a cohort experience from which to launch organizational initiatives within a shared learning platform. These cohorts are made up of at least four individuals from the same company selected to learn together, support each other, and function as trusted peer advisors.
