With this engaging, innovative session, you'll learn the steps needed to create a non-judgmental atmosphere where each person can further define and develop their own approach to inclusive leadership. LEADERSHIP LAB™

LIVE, VIRTUAL Program

Leadership Lab provides the opportunity for mid-level leaders to learn and apply the skills, ideas and concepts of effective leadership. Application-based, highly interactive sessions deliver powerful tools for those who already lead direct reports. At-work practice reinforces the learning. Participants learn to modify their communication style so messages are heard, to identify and delegate responsibility for things they've held on to, and to prepare for upcoming change. The Lab now features an expanded focus on implementing DEIB initiatives for a stronger workplace. 7 half-days: Feb. 1, 2, 8, 9, 16, Mar. 1 & 8, 2024.

R.E.A.D.Y. to Lead™

LIVE, VIRTUAL Program

Give your frontline leads and supervisors the skills needed to accelerate their transition from Individual Contributor to Leader of Others. R.E.A.D.Y. to Lead is designed to equip individuals with a leadership mindset. Participants derive immediate benefit by applying learning to current work opportunities. Attendees are expected to improve an essential competency that will directly impact their business. Practices include having management conversations, identifying concrete strategies for improving a relationship that needs to have trust strengthened, and building one's leadership brand.
