Fall Session Managers from supervisory to middle levels can strengthen interpersonal skills, increase accountability, enhance team performance, and improve retention with our Leadership Lab. This interactive course builds specific skills in communication, setting expectations, coaching, and dealing with change (30 HRCI/SHRM Credits). The Lab provides participants the opportunity to experiment with the skills, ideas and concepts of effective leadership in a safe environment.  It is a comprehensive five-day course that immerses participants in the core concepts needed to be successful—professionally and personally—within an organization. Workshop meets for five consecutive Fridays: October 2, 9, 16, 23 and 30, 2020.

Fall Session Frontline leaders face different motivational challenges from mid- to upper-level managers. Tasked with leading a fully-contributing workforce, their ability to manage relationships and keep employees engaged has a direct impact on the bottom line.
