Kristen Kramer is a highly-sought after leadership trainer, speaker, and consultant. Trained in Industrial Organizational Psychology, she brings a unique blend of measurement and assessment rigor with deep insight of human and organizational dynamics. She embraces authentic partnership with all of her clients and is never afraid to roll up her sleeves to do the hard work, uncover root causes of issues and achieve breakthrough results…embracing a little humor along the way.
Before launching her own practice, Kristen spent the majority of her career working in two of the top leadership development and management consulting firms, Booz Allen Hamilton and The Center for Creative Leadership. While with Booz Allen, she led the School of Leadership and Management at the Aerospace Data Facility-Colorado (ADF-C), which served 4,000 military, government civilian, and contract employees and teams. Her last position at the ADF-C was on the executive leadership team as senior technical advisor, partnering and serving with leaders throughout the Department of Defense to inspire collaboration and information sharing across boundaries—big and small.
Kristen served as Senior Faculty and Leadership Solutions Partner with CCL. She worked with leaders of all levels, representing a variety of industries, including deep experience in food, manufacturing, legal, CPG, retail, engineering, and pet care sectors. During this time, she built niche expertise in Resiliency, Executive Presence and Storytelling, Vertical Development, Leadership Agility, and Servant Leadership. Kristen embraces the 70-20-10 framework for adult learning, utilizing a blended learning approach in order to provide sustainable business impact. Kramer & Company includes partnerships with a variety of industry leaders, to ensure the right expertise and fit for client needs.
Kristen received her Bachelors of Science degree in Education from the University of Maryland. Her Masters of Arts is in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the University of Colorado. She received her leadership coaching certification from Georgetown University. Kristen also serves as Faculty with Denver University’s Executive MBA program. She has numerous professional certifications including The Leadership Circle Profile (TLC) and Leadership Versatility Index (LVI) 360-degree assessments, as well as many personality tools including the Hogan Assessment Suite.
