Jeff Belding is involved in the design and delivery of client-specific project management/leadership training and consulting programs. He has extensive experience in new product development, including both product and project management areas. Jeff brings a wealth of cross-functional management experience to the client to enhance JPA’s project management training and consulting programs. Jeff has worked with many clients in both training and consulting roles. He has held key positions at companies such as Apple Computer, Apple USA, Atari, Inc. and System Development Corporation.
Jeff is a Principal in JP Associates, Inc. (JPA) and received his B.S. in Business Administration from San Jose State University. JPA has conducted workshops and clinics for companies throughout Silicon Valley; among them are Apple, Adaptec, Becton-Dickinson, Excite, Fujitsu, Intel, Netscape, Oracle, SanDisk, Talk City, 3Com, Yahoo! and First American Real Estate Solutions.
JPA’s clients are managers and team leaders who want to get a project team in-sync and moving together to achieve results in a predictable manner. Project teams include product development, product marketing, and other in-house service and process improvement teams (Information Systems, Customer Support, Manufacturing, SAP implementation teams, etc.)
