Leadership Lab provides the opportunity for mid-level leaders to learn and apply the skills, ideas and concepts of effective leadership. Application-based, highly interactive sessions deliver powerful tools for those who already lead direct reports. At-work practice reinforces the learning. Participants learn to modify their communication style so messages are heard, to identify and delegate responsibility for things they’ve held on to, and to prepare for upcoming change.
