Advanced Leadership Lab
Today’s dynamic work environment requires every manager to have the leadership skills needed to motivate teams, improve performance, and effectively respond to challenges. The Advanced Leadership Lab provides a set of powerful tools for your most critical organizational leaders. This practical, application-based program equips mid- to senior-level managers with the skills essential to managing relationships and getting projects completed.

The Advanced Leadership Lab is organized into three weekly sessions with opportunities to practice new skills each week. Participants receive one-on-one telephone coaching from an experienced leadership coach at two important program checkpoints—once before the course begins to calibrate expectations and discuss challenges, and again after the final session to identify the most productive way forward and to outline actions for continued development.

This is not just another general seminar on leadership – this is a results-oriented, interactive program designed to address the unique needs of each participant. Leaders are encouraged to bring real-life challenges to class and test their approaches with our skilled facilitators and other seminar participants.

Optional Extended Leadership Coaching
An added feature of the Advanced Leadership Lab is the option to extend the number of leadership coaching sessions after the final class. Extended coaching has proven highly successful in transforming manager performance by providing clear objectives and support in achieving leadership goals. This coaching is also available in combination with a comprehensive 360 assessment package.

Leading High Performance Teams

Leading High Performance Teams is an action-oriented three-day workshop for leaders, executives and managers who are committed to improving their leadership skills and helping their organizations build powerful, successful teams. This practical, thought-provoking and challenging workshop combines theory with a research-driven model and experiential learning to address specific issues and introduce more effective team-leading behaviors.

Learn How To Create And Sustain High Performance Teams

In today’s fast-paced business environment, successful teamwork is crucial for long-term survival. But teams are complex organizations, and can have surprisingly powerful internal rules. If not led well, the team as a whole can drag individual performance down and result in significant outcome and process loss. Research has shown that when team leadership improves, the teams themselves grow and perform better, the members are more satisfied with their roles, and the organization’s stakeholders are more satisfied with the outcomes.

Make this insightful program part of your organization's development effort. Leading High Performance Teams is available as a 3-day retreat or an in-house workshop to accommodate large organizations or multiple intact teams. Special team pricing makes the workshop more affordable and maximizes the program’s impact for your organization.

Take the guesswork out of your management group’s development plan — make Executive Forum your partner in leadership development and simply select the programs best suited to meet your needs.

The Executive Forum Leadership Lab is an important part of our organization’s advanced leadership development program, and well worth the cost in both money and time. Our participants learned a lot about themselves as leaders during the Leadership Lab course. They also learned a great deal about effective communication, and were able to immediately apply what they learned at the Lab when they returned to the workplace. Most weeks they were eager to get back to their teams and put what they learned into practice. I think that is a pretty good endorsement of any training, don’t you? I’m confident that our participants in the Leadership Lab program will continue to implement the skills and tools they learned throughout their careers. Thank you for providing such an excellent program to the business community!

Find Out How To Build A Team From Scratch, Or Fix One On The Fly

Teamwork is the most effective way to improve organizational performance, but misconceptions about leadership and teamwork often prevent teams from doing their best. In this three-day workshop, participants will learn:

The critical behaviors of team leadership at start-up, and how to design and create teams that will function effectively.

How to identify the key leverage points for efficient change strategies, and how to improve long-term success by systematically addressing problems with existing teams.

The process introduced and developed through this workshop can be used successfully in any group that works to achieve a defined outcome through mutual effort — surgeons, flight crews, ball players, astronauts, sales forces, attorneys, senior executives, project managers, R&D engineers — any team can benefit, regardless of its function.

Are you asked to coach others, but aren’t really sure how best to approach coaching?
