Leadership Lab
Ensure that everyone on your management team has the opportunity to learn how to assume the role of a leader and cultivate the interpersonal skills needed to manage others with our unique Leadership Labs. This practical, application-based, highly interactive program is an intensive, hands-on, five-day course for new or existing managers that provides the skills they need to be successful – both personally and professionally – within an organization. Organized around a series of five specific sessions, our Labs have proven to be very successful for new managers, independent work groups and interdepartmental managers.

Well known expert on leadership and change, Dave Jennings, Ph.D., is a popular and creative facilitator whose expertise enhances the Lab experience for everyone.

Leadership and communication expert, Michael Hackman, Ph.D., is an award-winning professor and author whose interests encompass a broad range of topics included in the development of successful leaders.
