Dave Jennings is an expert on leadership and leading change, specializing in change resiliency, leadership and communications. He has over 15 years of organizational experience and specializes in change, leadership, and communication. Clients report saving millions of dollars, improving team performance, turning around low performing employees, making better decisions, and increasing confidence and satisfaction.
Dr. Jennings has worked with such leading organizations as ADP, Deloitte & Touche, DuPont, Hewlett-Packard, Honda, Intel, Life Technologies, Microsoft, Mobil, Oracle, Panasonic, Underwriters Laboratory, and Xerox. He is co-developer of the leading change process used globally by Microsoft.
Additionally, Dr. Jennings is an Associate Professor in the Department of Organizational Leadership and Strategy at Brigham Young University’s Marriott School. His primary focus is developing the leadership skills of MBAs. Prior to joining BYU, he was president of Business Acumen, Inc. and an internal consultant for Hewlett-Packard. He has managed all aspects of management development and provided consulting expertise on internal re-organizations and leadership effectiveness.
He has provided executive coaching, consulting, facilitation, and training for leaders from Asia, Canada, Europe, Mexico, the Middle East, South Africa, and the United States. He has been a featured speaker for various conferences, including Microsoft’s Leadership Summit and Alaska Airlines’ Leadership Conference.
Dr. Jennings’ doctoral research was focused on change resilience. He has published a variety of workbooks and articles and has been quoted in national business publications. He is currently authoring a new book on accelerating leadership impact.
